DVB’s David Stout sepaks with Aung Naing Oo, deputy head of the Thailand-based think tank Vahu Development Institute. He is also on the government-mandated commission tasked with investigating the sectarian violence in Arakan state. Aung Naing Oo compares the crisis in Arakan state between the Muslim Rohingya and Buddhist Arakanese to what happened in Yugolsavia in the 1990’s.
