Burmese fishermen returned from Andaman.

Around 300 Burmese fishermen who had been jailed in India’s Port Blair – after being carried away from Burmese coasts in storms, or being caught fishing in Indian waters – are in the process of being officially repatriated to Burma, according to China Daily. The Burmese Ministry of Information has said that the government had arranged for the repatriation, which saw the fishermen arriving by plane on Saturday and Sunday, with more to arrive on Monday. The Burmese government has previously said that over 5,000 Burmese fishermen were repatriated from India since 2000.
