After seven years spent imprisoned in her crumbling lakeside house in Rangoon, Aung San Suu Kyi is now free. Up to 5000 people gathered to catch a glimpse of the iconic leader yesterday as she gave a brief address to supporters. “There is a time to be quiet and a time to talk,” she said. “People must work in unison. Only then can we achieve our goal.”
