A new report from the the International Campaign to Ban Landmines has slammed the Burmese government for its refusal to begin the long process of mine clearance in one of the most polluted nations on earth.

ICBL campaigner Yeshua Moser-Puangsuwan spoke to DVB about the  government’s reticence.
