Clock hanging on tree is seen as people line up to collect water at lake in Dala township

A clock hanging on a tree is seen as people line up to collect water at a lake in Dala township near Yangon May 13, 2010. Dala township is located near the sea and the only source of freshwater is from the inland lakes which have all dried up with the exception of one. The lake is only opened to the locals once every three days. Over a thousand people lined up to collect water after the authorities opened the lake at 5pm on Thursday.
