An AIDS infected addict (right) injects heroin with the help of a friend in the town of Ruili in Yunnan province, China on Sunday, February 26, 2006. The Chinese border town of Ruili sits on the western-most point of Yunnan province, and has seen rapid economic progress in recent years through cross border trade with Myanmar. The town has also seen an increase in the illegal drug and sex trade, as it lies along a major conduit where heroin is smuggled into China from Myanmar. (Norman Ng/KRT)
