A group of people living in a squatter community in Hlegu Township, on the outskirts of Rangoon, say they have been ordered to leave the area by next month.

The Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement has been urging the shop owners to vacate the land since 2013, claiming that the area is owned by the government.
