Foreign direct investment in Burma during the fiscal year that ended in March totaled $9.4 billion for 217 projects, official data showed on Monday.
Experts say a holistic approach is needed to resolve Rangoon’s worsening traffic jams, but the government’s response has been to tinker around the edges.
