  • Yesterday(Feb20) the night patrol civilian  was shot dead in T-15 Ward, Shwepyithar Township, Yangon, and the police did not allow to file his case.  It is reported that in Yangon, since the coup, people have been patrolling the streets to protect the neighborhoods from night military raids and any criminals.
  •  It is urged to close all shops and to take to the streets for the anti-protest tomorrow(Feb22). It is trending on social media especially Facebook that tomorrow, February 22, the day the two-digit numbers meet in five(22,2,2021), all shops will be closed, and supermarkets such as Gamone Pwint, City-Mark have also announced that all shops will be temporarily closed for the day. 
  • Despite deadly shootings, anti-coup protests remain strong in Mandalay, and thousands of  monks staged a sit-in anti-coup protest at 2 pm on the corner of 35th Street and 80th Street in Maha Aung Myay Township, Mandalay.
  • In Inle, Southern Shan State on 21 February, about 500 motorboats,  nearly 12,000 people   including indigenous_ Pa-O, DaNu, and other ethnics, along with CDM health workers, more teachers participated in the demonstration against military-coup as  the 4th Inle Floating Strike.
