Kawlin Township residents in Sagaing Region confirmed to DVB that the military regained control over the town on Feb. 11. Fighting has reportedly slowed down. The military launched its offensive to retake the town from resistance groups on Feb. 3, which held it under National Unity Government (NUG) administration since November.
