A Chinese national has been detained by aviation police for allegedly robbing a Burmese passenger on the Dragonair flight from Hong Kong to Rangoon on 14 August.
The Burmese passenger said that when he landed at Mingalardon International Airport at 4am on Friday, he realised that US$6,100 in cash had gone missing from his luggage while he was asleep on the flight.
