During ceasefire talks in Rangoon on Saturday between the ethnic alliance NCCT and the Burmese government's UPWC, Minister Aung Min went over to NCCT side to discuss a point with ethnic delegates. Someone from the government side shouted cheerfully, "You are on the wrong side!” at which point the KIO’s Gen. Gun Maw moved to take up a seat alongside the UPWC, declaring, "I am on this side now”.
