Resistance groups in Chin State establish ‘Chinland’ government

FROM THE DVB NEWSROOM

The Chinland Council appointed its new government on Feb. 1 – to mark its opposition to the 2021 military takeover. It was formed by resistance forces at Camp Victoria, the headquarters of the Chin National Front. The new Chinland government is composed of executive, judicial, and legislative branches.
