This is an interview with an earthquake survivor whose entire family of five died inside the Shwe Bhone Shein Mosque in Mandalay. Seven of his family members lived together in one of the four buildings within the mosque compound. All four buildings collapsed during the earthquake on March 28. Only he and one of his two aunts survived. So far, only one of his five family members’ bodies have been recovered, while the remaining four are still buried under the rubble.
