Is ICC arrest warrant for Min Aung Hlaing ‘under seal’?

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has confirmed to DVB that arrest warrants can be issued confidentially, or “under seal,” by the judges. A warrant for Myanmar’s Min Aung Hlaing was requested by ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan on Nov. 27, 2024. Since then, there’s been no news from the ICC judges, leading some to speculate it may have already been issued “under seal.”
